2009 Summer Reading Program 
for Kids and Adults

.. Signups begin June 8, 2009. 
.. All registered patrons of the library may participate. 
.. Adults and children (under 12 years of age) will complete reading logs. 
.. Turn in completed reading logs beginning June 22nd for an incentive 
prize (one time only, one prize per patron) and entry into the drawing 
for one of three grand prizes! 
.. Children and adults may complete multiple reading logs for re-entry 
into the grand prize drawing. 
.. The last day to enter the grand prize drawing is July 31st. Participants 
may claim their incentive prize through the end of August. 

GRAND PRIZES 

.. $250 gift certificate to Great Wolf Lodge 
.. $250 Kroger gift card 
.. $250 Toys ‘R’ Us gift card
