The Friends of the Paul Sawyier Public Library are offering a $2000 scholarship to two graduating high school seniors residing in Franklin County who plan to enroll as full-time undergraduate students at an accredited college/university/institute.
The application, scoring criteria, and submission checklist for the 2026 scholarships are no longer available. Awardees will be announced in early May.
Application for the 2027 year scholarship will be available in March 2027.
