The Friends of the Paul Sawyier Public Library are offering a $2000 scholarship to two graduating high school seniors residing in Franklin County who plan to enroll as full-time undergraduate students at an accredited college/university/institute.
The application, scoring criteria, and submission checklist for the 2026 scholarships are no longer available.
